Awesome Respectful, efficient- great work Kept work area neat and clean

Contacted Crimson Copper with my plumbing issues and they arrived at 7:30 am the next day and installed a new hot water heater and water softener. Pricing was quoted upfront and fair. Great Service!!

Arrived on time, Devin (sp) was friendly, efficient, and helpful. This will be my go to for plumbing going forward.

I was extremely impressed with Crimson Copper Plumbing as they helped us install a Toto smart toilet/bidet. We went from floor-mounted to wall-mount but there were no unpleasant surprises or up-charges. Great communication, everyone showed up on time and they exceeded our expectations. If you want reliable, friendly plumbers who know their stuff and charge a reasonable fee dont go anywhere else. Mike and his team at Crimson Copper Plumbing are the real deal PS. They also came out to the house Easter morning to fix a crazy leak in our water heater!

My first experience with this company gets a rating of 10. Both the owner and employee were courteous and knowledgeable and resolved my problems. I will absolutely contact them again should I need any plumbing needs.

Crimson Plumbing The quoting process was somewhat confusing. No clear statement was made as whether the quote included the product and or installation fee. It would have been helpful to state that the cost of the toilet was not part of the original bid. Being a senior citizen at 80 years old it was surprising to see how expensive it is to get a new toilet installed. I thought the $200 fee to install the bedit was way too much for the 5 minutes it took to install, but I needed the toilet immediately so accepted the bid. The quality of the work was good and nice to work with the plumber. Keep up the nice work Chuck

Great experience. Devin did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. Didn't take him very long to replace it. I would highly recommend this company!

The guy showed up on time and ready. He fixed the garbage disposal. Showed me how to fix it in the future so he wouldn't have to comeback. Attempted to repair the water lines for the washing machine. But the washing machine was broken not an issue with the water lines. Very polite and priced fairly.

Everyone was wonderful! Brady came out and walked me through all my options. Mike communicated via email multiple times patiently while I changed my mind on plans. Their pricing was very fair and when we asked how we could stay under a certain budget they were willing to allow us to do some of the prep/finish work to save money. The day of work was supposed to be a full day project. Everything went off without a hitch and by 2pm they were cleaning up even short one guy. Everyone was so friendly. My husband is super impressed with their work and all the extra care they took in their steps. We are DIYers and do not hire out projects very often because we are so particular. Will definitely reach out to them again if another complicated plumbing situation comes up!!

EXCELLENT service! Mike came out due to our water softener seeming to not be working correctly. He was honest with the situation to where I just told him to replace it. We are on a well system so he explained some things that he would do differently to improve my water quality, compared to the new construction equipment we had in. It all checked out and made perfect sense. the install crew came out timely and with a call ahead letting me know they were on their way which was really helpful. I did have to leave for work shortly after they arrived, and as I was at work the worker called and said that they found a better way to mount a system and it would save space (which it did) and wanted to get the all clear with me before they proceeded with the change. I really appreciated that. It told me that they weren't just at my home to get the job started and completed. The entire process with mike and crew felt like they really did have my best interest in mind even if it meant possibly being more work for them. can't say enough, could go on and on. Thanks Mike and team!

Years after their original work, we had a main drain break that turned into an insurance claim and some room restoration. This company honored their work without hesitation and guided us through every stepclear communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Their integrity was impeccable, and because of their followthrough, we truly got our house (and life) back together. Highly recommend to anyone who values honesty and craftsmanship.

Crimson Copper ran a new soft water line to the kitchen then installed a new kitchen faucet, then added a drinking water faucet for filtered hard water. They did a fine job from start to finish. This is the best plumbing company that I have hired in the last 20 years, and I would recommend them.

Our home was built in the 1940's and we need professional plumbing work from time to time. We have used Crimson Copper several times over the years, and as recently as the time of writing this review. They are responsive, professional, and they bring attention to detail and and obvious pride in their high quality work. Crimson Copper is an outstanding example of how you would expect a small, independent business to operate. The are legit pros and we heartily recommend them!

I have worked with them in a professional capacity and had them provide emergency service in my own home. Mike is approachable and easy to work with and all the guys he works with are great. I has Crimson Copper Plumbing replace both my water heater and soft water system. Mike the owner gave me the quote, he was very straight forward with no pressure to make a decision. The quality of the equipment was superior to big box stores and the pricing was more competitive than other local contractors. Mike also answered the phone every time I had with questions, which is rare these days. His crew showed up on time and was outstanding!! They even saw and fixed a problem with my sump pump piping at no charge. I didn't even know they did this to they asked me to come down to to see the completed work. Very impressed! Highly recommend.

I hired these guys to do some commercial work at a med device company. Mike had the perfect solution to replacement of our water and gas pipes in the basement laundry, mechanical room. We also replaced the interior siding so he removed the existing pipes so we could do the work, and then returned to install the new pipes. Mike and his crew were easy to deal with and did excellent work. We highly recommend Crimson Copper Plumbing.

Mitch and the whole team were great! Everyone took our leaking ceiling seriously, quickly found the issue and explained our options. He even fixed an unrelated corroded fitting. They did their best to keep everything clean and left things better than they found it. Trustworthy and fair pricing.

The guys did a real nice job, we had them replace some cast iron pipe, run new drain lines and water lines in a hundred year old house. We will use them again in the future.

I called Crimson Copper Plumbing for an emergency job and he pointed me in the direction for water-well services which is exactly what we needed. Based off of his knowledge we got our well system fixed within the day. Other plumbing services said theyd be out within 48hrs which couldve caused our house massive destruction. We will 100% go through Crimson Copper Plumbing company when we need them next. And we will recommend them to everyone who asks!
